Christians love to talk about the end of the world, the second coming of Christ, the rapture, mark of the beast and the anti-Christ. Proof of this is every presidential election either party thinks the newly elected president is the new anti-Christ. We love to call predict the return of Jesus’ come back. But Jesus will have no of that. He doesn’t answer the disciple’s question when will the kingdom be restored and God come down to rule the world. Jesus rather points them to the more important matter—power by the Holy Spirit for their current circumstance.
